We rescued Bombi the zebra earlier this year, after lions killed her mother and left her an orphan. She came to us with serious wounds, but thanks to round-the-clock care from her Keepers, she healed wonderfully. This was filmed soon after her rescue, as Bombi got to know her new human family. Peter’s distinctive outfit – which he still wears – was key to Bombi’s recovery, enabling her to imprint on her Keepers just as she would have on her mother in the wild. First of all she should see a chiropractor because she has a protruding stomach and an overly curved back, which pushes her buttocks forward as well. she needs to fix this first. she should work on her glutes and core muscles more because without strong core muscles, fat will accumulate in her stomach. but I think that's probably too difficult for her, as she can't move much on stage and her body will just keep getting worse If she gets glutes surgery, she'll just get a stiff, unnatural butt, which will make movement even more difficult, so she's out of luck

Today is the birthday of my wonderful friend, political officer Anna Ilyasova, callsign "Belka". Anya and I were introduced by a mutual friend, a journalist, at the very beginning of the special military operation. Belka brought our film crew to Mariupol when fighting was still going on in another part of the city; we delivered humanitarian aid to the local residents and visited her fighters. Since then, Anya and her guys from the 42nd division have been close friends of ours, and many of her fighters have become heroes of our "We Are Alive" program stories. Anya is a true friend, a brave woman who stood up to defend her native Donbass, always together and for her guys. Dear Anechka, happy birthday! I hug you and cherish our friendship🩷 Belka and her rescued cat "Zet" became heroes of our children's coloring book.
