@CommunityNotes cloud seeding did not cause the catastrophic flooding in Dubai, as it is also happening in other nearby locations which do not do seeding. it is clearly a large-scale nature-based weather event, which could be due to progressive climate change.

Cloud seeding cannot create moisture in the atmosphere, also, in this case, no cloud seeding was carried out previously or during the weather event. Warming atmosphere carries 7% more moisture per 1 deg C of warming.
