A mate of mine got us all kicked out of The Chancery one time years ago at the tail-end of an office Christmas party by asking for a cocktail called a ‘Cowboy’s Arsehole’. Fair enough like.

If you go into the padraig pearse and ask for a baly, they give you a free pint.

Problem was there were just enabling bad alcoholics and enabling misery. Think over the decades how many kids went hungry, wives hit beaten because Daddy needed his powers/paddy

I was in Slattery's Capel Street in the early morning more than once back in the 80's and there's where you'd find a couple of great characters as well as a decent Pint!
