I've had the police called on me for music during day time hours - I work in my garage and like to zone out to music - I ask them for the ordinance, it says the hours - then I thank them for coming out and ask them to leave. They leave and then park down the street - I turn the music back up. It's totally legal. Not once has any neighbor come by to talk about it. I'm always open to people and considerate to them - but cowards call the cops instead of talking to their neighbors
