I noticed how literally no one in that store wanted to interact with him because they didn't want to be harassed by him. Want to know why a customer service business wont hire you?, you literally scare the customers away.

Dude is mad he won’t be handed stuff for his melanin content. Equality is having the luxury of working for what you want just like everyone else.

They will not hire you, not because of discrimination, but because you lack the fundamental skills and abilities to achieve what you need to achieve in order to make the business successful. Should you not be able to be taught/trained those skills, they can legally not hire you.
