its issue with poiyomi it can take like 40min to lock one material xD recomend checking if u have locked all poiyomi materials before uploadimg bcs locking them manualy takes few sec only

Game dev here, this has always been the case with Unity. if you were upgrading from 2019 to 2022, I would keep the project closed while you’re upgrading it. Or maybe you did, and when you opened it that popped up. Either way it’s completely normal.

I once waited 45 minutes for an upload with unity 2022- Appearantly they're gonna upgrade to a *later* varient of 2022 soon-
