Dude needs to be on meds

Yeah he clearly has something wrong

Mom did all she could to calmly explain he was having a manic episode. Think about it...the mace, nor the tasers affected him. They just enraged him. That's because he was having an episode. Officers should have focused on deescalation. His episode had reached black out, no pain.

I don't care if he's "better" on meds, a person like this should never be allowed to drive.

Why didn’t the police secure the car keys almost immediately once they saw that there was an irrational person in the car?
