The knee was on his back, the camera angle was deceptive. There was zero bruising found on floyd. When you do meth and Fentanyl at the same time you end up with cases like George Floyd. The meth quickens the pulse and the Fentanyl suppressed his breathing. You could argue he was well into an OD and the meth masked it.
