When being a smart*ss turns a simple citation into handcuffs. Cop was about to let the driver go with just a citation for the unsigned registration card. He even warned him it could actually mean up to 6 months in jail. Instead of thanking the officer, the guy laughs and smart-mouthing the officer. Cop immediately tells him to step out of the car and put his hands behind his back. This is a classic FAFO moment 😂

2a challenge in Texas. Good to see that for the most part these officers know the rights of this guy and let him go on his way. It was also good to see them restrain whoever that guy was that was charging him. That said, notice how they still tried to push to to get an ID.
