There are cameras all over the parking lot, inside every business. Most houses have ring cameras, and surveillance inside and out. Police have body and dash cams. Commercial and some private vehicles have dash cams and internal surveillance. What is it about a person holding a cell phone or camera that triggers people? It’s completely irrational on every level.
