Due process is fundamental to our democracy. That's why Kilmar’s case is important—if he'd received it, he wouldn’t be in a Salvadoran jail. If Trump successfully disappears Kilmar, he will do it to anyone. Why is he afraid of proving that Kilmar is a member of MS-13 in court?

1.) He's not in an El Salvador jail. How come I know this and you don't? 2.) Trump didn't "disappear" him, he gave him a free flight back home. 3.) 2 courts in the United States already ruled he was a gang member Dipshit. That's why he had a deportation order.

He had due process. He applied for asylum and was denied. He appealed and was denied. He was given a final order of removal with protection of being sent to any country except El Salvador until security conditions improved. He was all out of due process

Zionist democrats like this think they can ignore was has been done to Mahmoud Khalil and other anti-genocide activists and think they can speak with credibility on Abrego Garcia. You can’t.

Any illegal immigrant, yes. We should not have to use our tax payer dollars to hold court for every one of the 20 million illegal immigrants that were let in during the previous administration. Did you make this kind of fuss about Laken Riley?

The previous (Biden) administration lost 300 thousand children. Crickets. Trump deports 1 gangster. Senators flock to El Salvador to find him. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️

He received it. Stop crying over your wife-beating gang member, you dumb cuck.

Yet another one for you and your DEMONcrat pals to defend. You hate the American people and proved that by destroying our border and waving in these criminals to destroy us

Logical Deduction applies - he did have due process before an immigration judge in 2019, The judge granted him an MOR and ruled he was a gang member. If the judge gave him an MOR - then he had fear of going back to Salvador. And what was that fear based on? If he wasn't a criminal or gang member then why grant an MOR? His reason for not wanting to return had to be credible. And if it was because he was in fact a criminal in trouble with the law or a gang member - does it make sense to allow him to stay here? What if he committed horrible crimes there. There has to be something wrong with our system - if that is true. He had due process, and was not granted asylum. A MOR is not asylum.
