My REALITY: more hospitals after ~3 years of being pfizer poisoned ..I have aged at double the rate. Im embarrassed to Post, because I look like shit- but this is MY reality… All my long flowing blonde hair fell out -its stringy & has barely come back- I had a trim a year ago to even out the strands…My heart is so tired from the tachycardia & unmanaged severe high blood pressure - despite being on diuretics to manage fluid overload & edema, the bags under my eyes are terrible filled with fluid. I feel like I’m being strangled & drowning most of the days & sleep through most of my life now. I need my cane to walk, my breathing is laboured, despite all the heart medications. This is my 2nd brain MRI in less than a year & they did my spine this time as well. We are doing a repeat, due to the large amounts of white matter found all over my brain last year. My best friend has been my rock LynC Lynda driving me to appts & wheeling me around hospitals. I am 49 now, & am glad to be alive… but just so fed up & angry & tired. But it seems my biggest challenge after every appointment is how to work the parking ticket machine!! Oh the money Ive spent on that alone!! Stay strong my fellow symptomatic strugglers❤️🙏 At least we had warning signs - many others didn’t get the chance & many more will suddenly drop without warning…. Sorry for the grim message… just sharing REALITY. No one has come to help us, and those who believe they knew what to do, I personally dont know anyone whos improved…so we shall keep holding on, praying, hoping ….

🦊 Hi everyone it’s Yeonjun! Today is finally the day I, having gone through the period as a trainee, officially become an artist as Yeonjun from TXT~ 🦊 It’s such a happy and meaningful day for me, I’ve been waiting for this moment for a really long time I started training and dancing when I was in my third year of middle school and since then I’ve been growing my dream of becoming a singer. I’ve just been running towards it and before I knew it, 5 years had passed ! And today, that dream finally came true. It’s a moment I’ve longed for so desperately, one I’ve really been waiting for 🦊 Earlier, while filming, I kept thinking back as I watched myself on camera, it made me remember all the times I trained, pushed myself, went through evaluations with the members, worked hard and the effort I put into improving.. all of it just flashed through my mind at once The memories all passed through my mind like frames in a film and in the middle of it, I felt a strong swell of emotions in my heart and in the end, I couldn’t hold it in and it just burst out It was such an emotional and happy day for me 🦊 The tears I’ve shed up until now were a mix of desperation and the desire to achieve my dream but today after such a long time, I finally shed tears of joy. It feels like such a memorable day for me, one I’ll remember for the rest of my life It’s been such a meaningful day and I hope I can keep seeing our fans for a long time I’ve really missed everyone so much, but now, thinking that we’ll be able to see each other often for a long time makes me so excited and happy 🦊 And I’m also really grateful, you’ve waited for us for so long and I hope we can repay you with good songs and performances Thank you, thank you so much!

First, I would like to thank the BBC news BBC News (World) BBC News Swahili BBC News Africa organization for being able to carry out this work of exposing the ABDUCTIONS that are taking place in our nation. There have been incidents of ABDUCTIONS, especially targeting critics of the government, from the year 2020 up to 2024 — more than 200 people have been reported ABDUCTED. And the majority of them are members of the opposition party CHADEMA. This is according to a UN Report released this year. The pace of ABDUCTIONS has intensified to the extent that even RELIGIOUS leaders are being abducted, and others attacked and injured because of their stance. A few months ago, we witnessed the abduction of FR KITIMA, who was injured in the head area, and the attackers’ intention was to kill him — but by God’s grace, he survived. KANISA LA UFUFUO NA UZIMA— BISHOP GWAJIMA — held a press conference and advised the government regarding these ongoing ABDUCTIONS in the country. As a result, all his churches nationwide (over 2,100) were closed down, and to this day they are not allowed to worship. More than 3 million citizens across the country who belong to his church have been denied the right to worship simply because their Archbishop condemned ABDUCTIONS. This is the current state of our NATION — there is no single media outlet allowed to write or speak about the ongoing ABDUCTIONS in the country. FREEDOM OF THE PRESS no longer exists. The country has turned into a DICTATORSHIP. We thank you for this report about the abductions you released, for indeed it has given us momentum in this difficult journey of resisting the ongoing ABDUCTIONS in the COUNTRY. As a VICTIM of the ongoing abductions in the country, I am ready at any time to give my full cooperation to you and other media organizations worldwide in exposing these atrocities taking place in our nation. This is the beginning of a long journey filled with threats and living in uncertainty, but I am ready to pay this price to liberate our country from the hands of the BLACK COLONIALISTS. Most families are told there's little hope after a loved one is diagnosed with dementia. And medical professionals believe "they're old, so they can't get better". We've proven otherwise. In the last few years, we're seeing residents go from struggling to hold conversations to living independently in their own homes again. This is no accident. We combine low-carb diet, exercise, daily sun exposure with advanced treatments, like red-light therapy. Our most recent breakthrough treatment for treating dementia is hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which floods the brain with oxygen, helping it heal and rebuild neural connections. The results speak for themselves: One resident tells us: "I couldn't have a conversation before without forgetting at least once or twice, if not more. Now I'm steady on my feet, have most of my memory back, and feel alive again after 20 years." Another resident came to us scoring 15 on a memory test (normal is 27-30, and 0-21 indicates dementia). After 8 months, she scored 26 - almost back to normal range - and moved to her own apartment. Here's how it works: As you age, your brain becomes insulin resistant and can't process glucose for energy, causing brain tissue to die and shrink. This accelerates if you consume excess sugar. Hyperbaric oxygen forces concentrated oxygen into brain tissue that's been starved for years. This helps rebuild blood vessels we see shrinking on brain scans and allows dying brain cells to heal and reconnect. If you'd like to see how this therapy is transforming our residents' lives, watch this:

Qinwen Zheng after coming back from 0-5 in the 3rd set & saving match point to beat Madison Keys at the U.S. Open Qinwen: “I have to say Madison played amazing. I don’t feel like she got up to 5-0 because I played so bad, I just think she played amazing. I kept telling myself keep holding every single point. Never give up. Stay there. And somehow little by little it just happened. Finally one time a bit of luck is on my side. I’m so happy. I know in the last match she also did that, turned the match around. It’s not bad. I also did that once as well. This is the first time I turned it around from 0-5. Usually before it’s always 1-5 or 2-5. It was a very dramatic match for me. But we both showed really strong tennis. Thank you for the crowd who came to support us today. Doesn’t matter if you supported Madi or me. Thank you so much.” ❤️ “Do you feel like you’re close to being back to your best now after the elbow surgery?” Qinwen: “Well yes, I just enjoyed so much to play here. It’s like, I enjoy to fight here every day. After the surgery wasn’t easy. It felt like I lost my energy on the tennis court. I’ve been through really tough times these 3, 4, 5 months. But luckily thanks to my team we’ve been working really hard at IMG academy after Toronto. The hard work pays off finally a bit. I want to say thanks to my team for bringing me here. Let’s keep going. I never give up during the match. That’s the positive thing right now.” ❤️

🐻‍❄️ Last year I was diagnosed with myocarditis. Since it’s a heart condition, it wasn’t something minor or easygoing. If I had gone to the doctor later than I did, I might not even be here now. At the time, I just felt unwell overall. Luckily, I went to the hospital in time and they found it early enough. Back then, my hearing in my left ear dropped. It felt muffled and tight, then my heart started racing. On March 4, I had slept very little and also drank a lot of green tea. Suddenly my heart started fluttering again. It felt exactly like before, and it happened right around the one-year mark. About two weeks before the concert, my left ear also went out, and I had a bit of vertigo too. It felt very similar to last time, so I got worried and went to see a doctor. After the checkup, they did not find anything clearly specific, so the doctor told me to rest more. The symptoms got better, but my hearing still has not fully returned. My ear still feels blocked, like there is a wall in front of it. I cannot hear clearly on that side, so I have to rely more on the other ear instead. Right now I am monitoring the symptoms for a month. It seems like when I do not get enough rest, blood flow may not be reaching my ear properly. I feel upset with myself because last time I went to the doctor too late due to carelessness. So now I have to take better care of myself than before. If I feel unwell, I go to the doctor right away. Lately, I have also been finding it harder to sleep. It is not like one or two years ago, when I could fall asleep easily. Now, even if I do fall asleep, once I wake up, I cannot go back to sleep again. Right now we are filming A Dog and A Plane, but P’Tay is currently in Paris for Fashion Week, so filming is on pause and I get to rest for a bit, which is fortunate. As for today, I came to work. The hearing loss in my left ear has not really affected my work. I can still hear, just much less than before, but I can still understand what people are saying. I really want to recover soon because I feel like it is harder to keep my balance. It feels strange, like something is blocking on my left side. It feels blocked and muffled, hard to explain. I will keep monitoring it, so please do not worry. I will recover as soon as I can and I will rest more. I have sleeping pills now, but they do not help that much. I still wake up anyway. I will take good care of myself and get better soon, so please do not worry. NEWWIEE AT SUMMER THE MALL BANGKAPI #THEMALLSUMMER2026xNEWWIEE #Newwiee

I’m so tired of some of you misinterpreting what Taylor said so here’s the full clip with my explanation, it turned out long but please stay here. “I have to know that like there's certain things that we have as a tradition between me and my fans … but at the same time there's sort of SO MANY OF THEM NOW” she’s not talking about the whole fandom, and sorry but if you feel offended, you must be one of the extremes she’s talking about in “…there's CORNERS of my fanbase who are going to take things to a really EXTREME place” she then talks about what, in general, swifties do “There's people who are going to try to like do detective work, figure out the details, who is that about, what is this?” and now she stars the WEIRD part: “When it gets a little bit weird for me is when people act like it's sort of like a paternity test” Idk, it’s truly not that hard to understand Taylor perspective here. Some swifties spent two years arguing about who which song on TTPD is about and how this or that “muse” is the best or who “makes her” a good songwriter. It’s sick, you can get tired of it, this conversation can go for a week or two after the album release but gaylors, maylors, widows and insufferable part of “normal” swifties can’t shut up about it. Especially after showgirl release. Y’all have been calling her dumb or calling her songwriting bad “because of the muse” as a “joke”, while she’s constancy changing with each album and trying new things each time. You don’t like this one, okay, listen to one of her 11 remaining bodies of work.

P’Kao shared something related her English one-month course in London. I like this so much, she showed her effort, her determination and the results she got until today are truly well-deserved💯 —— P’Kao: Let me share my own experience first. For those who didn’t watch that clip and came to watch this one, I’ll explain first that I’ve always been someone who wants to see a better version of myself, so at that time I decided I wanted to go into seclusion for a while. I was also getting tired of work because I had been working since I was very young, and I felt bored with the entertainment industry. So I wanted to step away, and I went to London to study English for one month. During that time, I got to live my own life, cooking for myself, living alone, doing my own laundry, doing everything by myself. I felt it was fun, and there were many things to explore and experience. I learned quite a lot about myself. So I felt I gained a lot. That 1 month might seem like nothing to many people, but for me it was extremely valuable. I even bought a famous online grammar course to study alongside my classes. After coming home from school, I’d go through each lesson; I felt like such a nerd! After finishing a chapter, I’d watch easy series to catch everyday vocabulary. Since I was in the UK, I wanted that “high school” vibe and a British accent, so I watched Sex Education. Looking back, I’m so grateful to my past self for that decision. Nowadays, I use English constantly, whether at international events or fashion shows. When meeting people from Singapore, Malaysia, or other neighbors, we use English as a common language. . It’s been incredibly effective in building connections and opening up work opportunities. Running away to study in London was the best decision ever. It made me enjoy learning, and I’ve kept it up until now… #supassra_sp
