During Devcon, we partnered with friends from leading projects to host DeFi Renaissance Day. Panels covered everything from DeFi's maturation, RWAs, incentives, security, and cross-chain expansion. The future is bright 💫

We kicked things off by discussing the rise of RWAs with @lucasvo (Co-Founder @centrifuge), @edwinaoki (CTO @PayPal), @eidjohann (CBO @chainlink), @The3D_ (VP Eng. Aave Labs), and @MPtherealmvp (Director of Growth Aave Labs).

Then, @eboadom (Co-Founder @bgdlabs), @saraareynolds (Protocol @Uniswap), @fredriksvantes (Protocol Security Lead @ethereum), @hilmarxo (Founder @gelatonetwork and @ArrakisFinance) an @EmilieRaffo (Founding Partner @chain_security) followed up by exploring the balance between innovation, security, and growth in DeFi.

"DeFi projects depend on Ethereum's security, but the [Ethereum Foundation] can't be the sole point of failure. Collaboration across the ecosystem is crucial for long-term success." — @fredrikesvantes Watch the panel here:

After innovation and security, @Be1garat (Director @zksync), @yezhang1998 (Co-Founder @Scroll_ZKP), @0xMarcB (CEO @0xPolygon), @neilhar_ (from @Aptos), @0xBreadguy (Head of Community @megaeth_labs), and @tomhschmidt (GP @dragonfly_xyz) walked us through the world of cross-chain.

Last, but not least, we closed things out with @StaniKulechov, @kaiynne, @RuneKek, and @Lomashuk — DeFi OGs who played huge roles in building the foundational protocols of DeFi.
