Every society, every mall and every offices should make it mandatory for delivery partners to use normal regular lifts and entraces / exit. There shouldn't be any divide

Can I add my 2 cents? Outside big markets with more than dozen restaurants or malls with dozen odd restaurants, create your own ZOMATO shade / ZOMATO zone for riders. Where they can sit, have access to drinking water and a table fan. Helps a lot for most of the year IMO. In turn, these Zomato riders may end up being loyal to you for a longer duration and not get poached by others. Sustainable business too?

It took you so long to address this issue but I'm glad at least you did it. This isn't a problem of just malls. In fact, many societies don't allow delivery partners to take the main lift.

Everything is ok, start paying handsomely to your delivery partners without doing sympathy PR stunts Despite getting 4X ROI did not want to continue holding on to our business because of "inadequate pay" with our delivery partners ..

Most of these activities seem like positive PR moves, but I still appreciate that you genuinely experienced it. It’s unfortunate they aren’t provided with basic amenities like elevator access or a place to sit, something that everyone needs to address collectively. @deepigoyal

Great that you are doing this and work on ground kudos man. Partnership with the mall will definitely solve this issue, having a special badge access which the delivery partner can show will solve this .

One thing I have always continued to strive for is not only to educate via content but also to be completely transparent. The team and I have been working hard on new content concepts that are more sustainable personally AND can help shine a light on more of the ‘reality’ of what life really is versus what you all may think from just seeing staged 30-second reels. I never want people to think I am perfect, my life is perfect, or my business is perfect. And unfortunately, I feel that when you stage content, that is what the assumption is. My goal is for you all to see you don’t need to be perfect to be successful, and.. you don’t need to take yourself too seriously :) Love you all. LMK what you think! ❤️
