Seniors were promised No Tax on Social Security, yet your bill instead offers a measly $4k deduction that sunsets in 4 years and vanishes if you receive a pension or any other income. Also, it only applies to Age 65 and up, yet Social Security begins at age 62. This cannot stand and must be amended to a full relief of taxes on SS just as we were promised. Are you trying to lose the midterms because that’s inevitable if this isn’t remedied. FIX IT NOW!
