The Defence Ministry has condemned the Thai military for firing on Cambodian civilians in Banteay Meanchey province, killing one and injuring three. Defence Ministry spokeswoman Lieutenant General Maly Socheata said that the Thai soldiers fired on the Cambodians at 3:30 pm in Prey Chan village of Ou Chrov district.
