So the guys that are getting single blocks, I want to wipe those blocks. A lot of times I'm moving into the Duo, so I can wipe the Center's block and Edge pressure away from where the TE is. Or I want to create space in the C gap and I can try to penetrate it there." Americans can’t survive with the cost of housing and nobody in Congress seems to care American says she’s works full time and doesn’t have a single dollar left over after paying rent and bills, she can’t even afford groceries. “What is the point?” “How are we supposed to survive anymore? I'm sitting here waiting to go into work. I work 40 hours a week. I make $15 an hour, which is better than a lot of other places that I've worked or applied for. And I can't afford anything. I have nothing left over after I pay for rent and my bills and I don't even have a car payment. I don't pay for my phone. My parents still take care of that for me, thank goodness. I'm glad I have parents that still support me in some way. But yeah, so it's like I can't even pay for groceries and what am I supposed to do? I don't want to go into work because I'm not making. I'm not making any money. And what is the point? What is the point? So genuinely, what should I do? Because I don't know how much longer I can do this.”

"honestly, i don't think i'm very good at letting (my characters) go. once i take on a project, i end up doing it for about 8 to 10 months, and i feel like my way of speaking and habits from that time remain a bit. so even after a project wraps up, that character actually stays with me for a while. but when that happens, i try as much as possible not to do the things that the character used to do for 8 months. for example like a certain posture or things like that. and then i cut my hair from when i played that character to try and see a different image of myself too. but honestly, even if i cut my hair, that character doesn't really go away. so for me, honestly, rather than saying 'i'm letting them go', i just always cherish them and no matter what project i do in the future, i feel like there will still be moments where i think of that character. since i consider (those) moments to be a part of who i am too, i actually really like seeing those moments keep piling up within me."

Q explains once you worked hard and know what to look for, its all about waiting and not over trading. "How long did it take your journey, for instance? How did you do it? What process did you suggest for people down this road? Well, when I had a 40k account, I was day trading. I started doing more overnights when I had like a couple of hundred thousand or like 100,000, and then I started doing more swing trading, like three to five days, when I had a few hundred thousand. Now that I have in the millions, I don't even bother with these shorter-term trades. I'm just looking for big opportunities because I don't really have to make money. I don't care if I don't make money for the rest of the year. I'm just waiting for the next big opportunity, like when the market goes up a lot and I can make a million, two million in a short amount of time. The rest of the time, I don't sit there and day trade for a few thousand here, a few thousand there. I'm just getting too old for it. I don't want to spend the rest of my days like that. I want to trade the rest of my life, but I don't want to day trade. I don't want to sit there and look at charts seven, eight hours per day. I've done that. It's really exhausting. So I'm just sitting around and doing other things. Meanwhile, I look for big opportunities. The last big opportunity was late last year, early this year. I made well over a million in a very short time, in a few months. And I really didn't have to do much. I bought a few stocks and now I just waited. And that's how I like to trade. I don't want to work too hard for it because you don't have to. If you wait for your setups, you don't have to work that hard, but you have to work hard to get to the point where you know where the good setups are, if you understand what I mean. Patience is the hardest part because you feel like you have to do something. Every day I'm fighting the urge to trade. I'm a chronic over-trader. I probably always will be, and that's fine as long as I realize it and don't go crazy with it."

“You're not entitled to get what you want. I love you. You're entitled to earn what you're willing to go work for. And that's true in our families, in our parenting, in our marriage, in our companies, in society. If we want it, go earn it. If that's positivity, have positivity. I think and I am a positive person. I am jacked. I am excited. Obviously, you can feel my energy through technology here, I hope. Frankly, think positive people just need to get a lot stronger. I really do. I mean, I don't want to call them weak because people hear that differently but it kind of is. Look, if you want that positivity to stick, you’ve got to get tougher. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And if eventually they choose that they don't believe in the same things that I believe in, I want to make it really clear and obvious that they don't want to be on this team because we're not about that. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be very easy, obvious, that, ‘Hey I should not be on this team. Because this team is full of very positive people who have great energy and talk to people, not about them.’ And we solve problems. We don't complain. We don't get defensive. We're real. I recognize I'm imperfect and I'm vulnerable to show you that about me. I want to be on that kind of a team. And if there's somebody who doesn’t believe in that stuff, I want to make it really easy for them to say, ‘Look, I don't want to be on this team. I don't wanna live like you guys live. I don't want do what you guys do.’ And then I really hope that that person leaves us and goes and joins our competitor.”

I want to win the Vezina trophy, and I want to be a starting goal for team USA at the Olympics. And none of those three things happen. So I think it's important to set big goals for yourself. And obviously those are three really hard things to do, but I think I can do it. And I think when I look back at the season, I think I'm proud of the regular season I had, I think any time you go 35 and 13 year, I would take that the rest of my career, if I could. So I'm proud of the regular season I had, obviously had games I didn't like, as everyone does throughout the course of the year, but I think for the majority of it, I helped the team win and made a difference. Bu I think like there's another level that I can get to, and I have a lot of things I need to look at that I need to change and get better at if I want to achieve those goals and help this team win. I think what excites me about is that I know I can do it. I'm not asking myself something that I can't do, or people don't think I can do around me that support me and help me. So luckily for me, I have unreal coaches and great family that all wants to help me do that. They believe that I can do it.”

I want to do business with people I can trust. That’s what gets you a second meeting with me. I know how to find out if you're someone I can trust, and I can do it pretty quickly. If I have an intuitive gut feeling that I can trust you, you'll get a second meeting. And if I don't, we’ll just never talk again. I'm very, very fortunate to be able to choose where I spend my time and money, and I don't really do it for the money anymore. I don't need more money. I need more time and if I'm going to be spending my time, I'd rather be working with people I trust.

I want to do business with people I can trust. That’s what gets you a second meeting with me. I know how to find out if you're someone I can trust, and I can do it pretty quickly. If I have an intuitive gut feeling that I can trust you, you'll get a second meeting. And if I don't, we’ll just never talk again.
