Wearing a turban is a tremendous privilege, but at the same time, it is also accompanied by very onerous responsibilities. He who dons this robe of honour and headgear, and then indulges in attempted murder, disrespects the turban more than anything or anyone else. The heinous offence was committed right at the threshold Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar, and perhaps even Waheguru may not be able to forgive the assailant. It was also perhaps with the divine intervention of Sri Guru Ramdas ji, that Sukhbir Badal had a miraculous escape.
