During UPA Late PM Dr Manmohan Singh&National Security Adviser had briefed both the Leaders of Opposition from BJP on ghastly&brutal beheading of Indian Soldiers&it was in 2013 that UPA govt did a surgical strike&it never used it for Electoral Propaganda.

I specifically remember this to be a big news. BJP was grilling UPA bcz pak bat had beheaded our soldiers. A similar thing was carried out by Indian forces close to LoC.. mostly revenge driven attack This was not going deep into enemy territory to destroy te#r infra.
