Same energy.

Double rainbow after the storm

Even though smaller than tornadoes, dust devils can still be quite destructive as they lift dust and other debris into the air. This is what happened at the Parookaville Festival in Weeze, Germany

Dust devils form when hot air near the surface rises quickly through cooler air above forming an updraft, as it rises it stretches vertically and narrows, intensifying any spinning present due to conservation of angular momentum.

Wind speeds in dust devils can reach 100 km/h. Even though smaller than tornadoes, they can still be destructive as they lift dust and other debris into the air. This is what happened in Jacksonville, FL on May 15
