Here we have a woman asking the same question over and over again, "Are you Iranian Jewish?" Because these boys disagreed with her worldview, they have to be the enemy. And the enemy is, of course, the Jew. She asks again and again and again because she needs to confirm that they are Jews, so their opinions don't matter and her worldview is right.
