As a Dutch man, I highly doubt these numbers and think the Russian numbers are purposefully increased and the Ukrainian numbers decreased. The Dutch government is obviously heavily pro Ukrainian biased, so if the source was from a neutral country in this conflict like Turkey, UAE or India I would believe it. But not from the Dutch government
