Rules-based order? Yet the Philippines didn’t follow its own laws, nor did it adhere to the ICC’s protocols for arresting a person. Even the ICC itself failed to follow its own rules in the process. Omitting this crucial information is the same as spreading fake news, Richard. @bbcworldservice
