Dynamic pools are built modularly on top of vanilla CLPs. The same pool code = same great security record. They integrate a dynamic rate provider, which enables conditional updates that allows the pool to follow the price out of range. The dynamic rate provider is designed to mitigate risks. It can only update in a specified way, checked against an oracle, without creating new trading or arbitrage losses.
