I’ve come to realize that many of these so-called “LawTubers” are actors. They’re playing a role, and YouTube is their stage. They are not there to explain the law—they’re there to entertain an audience that rewards them with Super Chats, memberships, and donations. So they give their viewers exactly what they want to hear, even if that means misrepresenting the law, making false statements and inaccurate legal claims, defending the indefensible, or excusing and even encouraging the harassment and intimidation of witnesses. The damage this does is enormous. It destroys public trust in the justice system, distorts how people understand the courts, and misleads viewers about the rights of victims, witnesses, and defendants alike. When lawyers stop acting like lawyers and start acting like performers, the justice system becomes just another form of entertainment. This can’t be the future.

before The Best Thing aired, all I wished for was a smooth broadcast at the right time. it was an A level drama adapted from a small IP with a small budget as it didn't have many promotions materials back then before airing. but surprisingly, during the airing, it was well received by the viewers. it achieved S+ rating and got more than 3 million rmb revenue from its merchandise. it became the only modern drama to maintain a long post-airing tail, with over +11 million views per episode even after its peak period ended. clearly shows that there are lots of new viewers and it has strong rewatch value. now, it has even become the most watched cdrama on iQIYI in 2025. congratulations to all casts & crew for these achievements🎉 also thank you for finding your way into my spring last year and warming it so gently, The Best Thing♡

The people who made the OVAs shown from time and time again that they have faith in their viewers that they'll be able to understand the world building that culminated to this point. You can start the other shows prior to this, either before or after this OVA and it will still feel like a proper climax leading up to this. The story beats in this show are pretty good in the sense that anyone can understand it, it's not universally profound but it does a good job in highlighting perspectives of every side and have a glimpse at what happened that lead up to it.

i have two theories to this JSCEAN HEART NEVER FADE #LOLFanFest2026D3 theory 1: jimmy asked phuwin and force to thank specific people in the company that allowed them to have such grand and successful LOL concert over the past 3 days - phuwin spoke from the perspective of a senior in the company who had been part of gmmtv events from 2018, when he was 14. he shared that many seniors in the company have helped paved the way to the success of the artists and company today. force's speech also thanked big names in the company for giving them the opportunity. theory 2: jimmy orchestrated the whole cheek to cheek kiss with the both of them while the others were doing their speech. knowing jimmy, it is probably theory 1. jimmy being the second oldest in the LOL gang is the most wise and sensible. he probably felt that the both of them are the best candidates to share such thanks to speeches to the important people in the company. so thank you jimmy for being such a sensible and dependable older brother in the group. for theory 2, everyone just love to tease jimmysea bec they know something's up between them and instigated the cheek to cheek kiss 🤭

I showed this segment in a recent video - here is the explicit quote: “If I’m looking at 2023, as a whole year, I am very pessimistic. I think a recession is not only unavoidable, it’s going to be very violent. So I’m staying the hell away (I am very careful) from this market.” - Tom Nash (December 2022) Since I posted my video, he deleted his old one and posted a new one saying he made a huge return because he knew all along it was gonna be a great year. Be very careful with imbeciles on YouTube who make it up as they go, lie to their viewers, and change their tune to whatever the popular narrative is.

On AEW Grand Slam Australia: Yes, the merch stand was poorly planned out like last year. Yes, there were empty seats and some fans apparently were moved. Yes, a perhaps unwise choice was made with the booking of the first AEW match on the card IMO. But I'll say this, and you can't feel this through a phone screen, but it was such a fun atmosphere and a fun show for the most part. And my cousin (15), whose first ever live show this was, keeps talking about how cool certain spots and moments were (particularly the ladder match and crowd fighting). They made a fan out of him last night, and I just think that's pretty cool. Sure, it won't move the needle, but we were all that kid falling in love with pro-wrestling once upon a time. It's nice to see the tradition continue. So yeah, it was well done show on an emotional level, and on a wrestling level, if not entirely on a logistical level.

Good morning, I’m waiting for a box of gear to be delivered to me again, so here’s the story of maybe the greatest act of private philanthropy for American public lands in our history: the creation of Grand Teton National Park. John D. Rockefeller purchased this land for us under the Snake River Land Company quietly buying up about 35,000 acres because he didn’t like seeing development creeping into the valley and he know Grand Teton for what it was-an otherworldly place that needed to be protected for all Americans. Locals protested an outsider buying up all this land, Congress tried to abolish the early National Monument created by FDR, but the standoff (culminating in a protest cattle drive across the monument) ended when Rockefeller’s land was merged into the modern park. Compromises were struck with locals to enable traditional ranching livelihoods. One of the few national parks in America where you can hunt elk, one of the places where we came up with the idea for the 1964 Wilderness Act (famous meeting at Murie Ranch)

From Angela Ganote "I’ve had a handful of you share videos with me asking if I know what happened at Grand Park in Westfield yesterday. We are reaching out to Westfield Police to try to find out if anyone was arrested or seriously injured during this fight that broke out during The Pylon 7v7 Tournament. Those that reached out are concerned that coaches of 14 and 15-year-olds are fist fighting over football. An eyewitness told me this started after a parent of a local Indiana team threw a punch at a team out of Chicago. Two other eyewitnesses say it was the other way around! And someone from the Chicago team punched the Indiana coach 1st. You may remember in Arizona last month a fight broke out at another 7V7 tournament where police say more than 100 people were involved. I’ll let you know when we get details from Westfield Police"

So two Brits do their best to relocate to Australia and set up a new life for themselves and due to a company closing + Visa issues they have to return to the UK People make out it’s easy to just up sticks and leave but I’m telling you from experience it’s really not unless you have a skill that’s in high demand or get married etc “Never in my life did I think I would post this. But here it is: I am leaving Australia. My chosen home. The place that shaped me. The place I thought I would grow old in. It still feels unreal. But sometimes life turns around and has different plans for us. What happened: my partner and I were on a sponsor visa and about to get our permanent residency in March 2026. streamer enters trade with 3 SOL @ 8k MC. "this is the right one, yea this is the right ticker bro. yea it says this on the coin, yea this is the right one." proceeds to full clip after being up 78% (+2.5 SOL) total hold time: 9 seconds then goes back like nothing happened at all. now imagine this for 12 hours a day for the past 7 months. straight up leading sheep to the slaughter house to get rinsed. these streamers will very rarely hold a coin longer then 5 seconds and or only streaming to take money from there viewers. nobody cares about you, trading is one big Free For All match and nobody is here to actually put you on. it is every man for himself and don't listen to these streamers when trenching because you will just get dumped on. i only can name a handful of legitimate streamers in this space and it sucks bc realistically these streamers are not doing nothing wrong. they are just streaming, and the people that buy the coins are the victim. but i know that feeling when watching a streamer and really feeling the excitement of a coin the streamer is talking about and then feeling like shit when down 2 sol in 10 seconds because there cabal full clipped on ur head. i would like to know your guys thoughts & opinion's on this. full disclamer i have nothing against the individual in this clip whom i will not name because it does not matter, i just want to how the community feels about this.

In 1995, 77.1% of global primary energy was provided by fossil fuels (coal, natural gas, and oil). As of 2024, 76.4% still comes from fossil fuels. That's a 0.7 percentage point drop in 30 years. World governments have spent TRILLIONS of dollars on “green” energy projects, and it has barely made a dent in the energy mix (note, these figures are based on the substitution method for fair comparison, so it slightly lowers fossil fuel figures). The fact is that renewable energy sources, like them or not, are largely add-ons to existing energy sources (primarily fossil fuel and nuclear power) that provide us transient savings in optimal conditions. That may change in the future with battery backup as they become cheaper, but that still won't address the fact that oil is STILL going to be needed for lubricants, plastics, fertilizers, etc. Oil is the backbone of modern society, so even if it were to no longer to be used as fuel, it will be used in another capacity and wars will be fought over it.
