Dubby, if you won every game for 10 straight years your coach wouldn’t even crack level 50 and the max level is 100. They didn’t make it hard, they made it impossible. If a coach did this irl people would literally bow down to him

@ReeseTakeFlight For us Dub it’s now impossible. My dynasty will only run 10 seasons max. I hit level 80 last year, some coaches barely cracked 50. It now takes 150 seasons to max out a coach with playoff level seasons required the whole way. They killed my dynasty experience.

Love your dynasty videos dub. I play dynasty the same way you and the micro transactions don’t effect me either but it’s a slippery slope and it should be nipped in the bud. People should be able to do whatever they want in this game and them putting in micros is objectively bad.

I hope this helps. You are missing that we cannot simply play the game how want and how we could in 25 and 26. EA removed the basic features of leveling up your coach in Dynasty and your player in RTG, and then locked that progression behind a paywall. (1 of 2)

Dynasty isnt just solo, theres a ton of online leagues. Also, you are paying $70 for an “offline” mode and you have to pay more now for that mode lol. I wouldnt buy it, but its the point of paying for a supposed full product

It’s not necessarily that it’s slowing down the process, it’s that it’s not feasible to get to level 100 in dynasty or 99 overall in rtg without spending money. If the grind was enough to become the best, it wouldn’t be an issue. It’s not hard it’s actually not possible

You’re completely missing the entire point. Yes, it’s an offline gameplay and thus you shouldn’t have any limitations on how you want to play behind a paywall. They have completely removed the coach tree experience. They added new trees you had subscribe for you unlock and now they removed the possibility of growing your own coach. If you go undefeated for 10 consecutive years you’ll be around lvl 45. Why should we have to pay to enjoy building a coach? You can never reach lvl 100 unless you play 50 seasons. Adding the transactions doesn’t matter. I agree, but only if you don’t take away our ability to alter xp like before.

We shouldn't have to pay for our own play experience. Its a single player offline game mode plain and simple. It doesn't carry over anywhere like 2k, and to hide it from everyone too fucked up

They took away the ability to play at your own pace and put you in one spot unless you buy the coach upgrades to go faster. To your point if you are just playing against the computer than why not choose the pace at which you go? Instead the greed of EA took that ability away

I can explain it. But first off, the people who are being buttheads to you are just the typical "internet people", those ones that are in every community and operate like a bot bc theyre on the internet, and thats dumb that those ppl are treating you like that, alot of the other creators like Fendler and Bourdeaux are getting the same reactions and theyre Dynasty heads who are on the same side as them but internet ppl will do internet ppl things. Long story short, what youre missing is that: -Dynasty they took the "fast" "fastest" coach cp slider options away while keeping normal, slow, and slower. The problem is we've been accustomed to being able to play the way we want (and they tell us its our game and that we SHOULD play how we want), some ppl dont wanna play through (and WIN) 15-20 entire seasons (which is not an exaggeration, testing has been done) to get a custom coach on the same level as a coach like Texas Coach Steve Sarkisian. Maybe I just wanna create a custom coach and have him be good after 3-6 szns, we should be able to do that. Not only is it bad these things are gone BUT THEN they say "oh well if you dont like it then you can pay us to just access the levels (from lvl 1 coach to lvl 100 coach costs $100 btw). An easy fix would be to just put the sliders back the way they were and for the most part everything would be well. - Road to Glory: In past years we could up the XP sliders in RTG to make our players get exp faster but this year they took that out completely. And now it takes longer to upgrade AND theyre charging to upgrade faster like its 2k. Problem is that this is not only an offline mode but it is also $100 for a FULL player upgrade that we're gonna use for like 3-4 szns, 5 at MOST (at least in 2k its the entire cycle of the game you can use the player and its cheaper). TLDR: They took out important customization settings that have always been in the game after specifically stating "its your game" and put in microtransactions in place of those settings and made them hella expensive on top of that to OFFLINE MODES. AND they did it sneakily.

1: The lied to the creators, and communities face about micro-transactions in the game. 2: They intentionally took out features people use to try and funnel them to micro-transactions. 3: On top of the other two there’s fundamental parts of Dynasty and RTG that are broken.

One key thing you missed is that this isn’t a single player issue. You can buy coach levels in online dynasties with 31 other users. Now the commissioner does have the option to turn it off, but the assertion that you’re not competing with anyone isn’t true.
