Sometimes, it’s good to recenter yourself. When the evil of the world is heavy on your mind and heart, give it to Him. Leave it all there. Recently I discovered that there is a group of people on a certain platform who are reading through my testimony from when I was a struggling teen. I wrote it years ago, and they are mocking it as they go—making fun of my words, judging me for my past, mocking my past decisions, my decision to choose life for my first born, my path toward God, and the pain and suffering I shared with my readers in order to reach those who may not know God but are searching. Only evil people do this. And I count it as an honor and a blessing to be mocked for His name’s sake. I pray their hearts will be softened. My heart was changed. Theirs can be too. Maybe one person will enter their livestream and listen and, instead of focusing on their evil intentions, will actually listen to what I wrote and want to know more. God works in mysterious ways. All I do know is that they will have to answer to God one day. And I do not envy them for that. My joy comes from God, and it is my honor to be persecuted in a world where it is really easy to despair. They are not accomplishing what they think they are accomplishing. And I am moving forward in what God has instructed me to do. Love you all! (Song from our Sunday service. We had to prerecord it on Thursday due to the weather)

“He’s not taking it seriously” - tell that to the (much bigger) version of myself that I was a year ago. Listen; I’m just trying to be real. I’m not trying to make excuses, even if I have. This past month was hard for me, especially sharing it the way that I did. But regardless of that I’m not gonna let that low point or anyone on the internet take away from the progress that I’ve made over the YEARS of struggling and learning that I’ve gone through. I will never give up on this journey, I still plan to hit 399 by the end of April; I have a plan, I have a schedule, and I’m going to do my best to follow it. I apologize if this feels like giving attention directly to the negativity, but I felt like these thoughts / this response and the *hope* that I feel right now regarding my journey really need to be shared. I’m PROUD of what I’ve accomplished, even knowing I still have a long ways to go. I see the positive, I promise, and I’m sorry that I can’t always take the time to respond to more messages. #weightlossjourney

John Methu: If I die someday, I would want politicians to come and play a lot of politics at my funeral because I am a politician. My family must acknowledge and appreciate that I have been speaking at so many funerals. It cannot be that I have been speaking in so many funerals, but I do not want them to speak in mine. I lost my dad, and people came to bury my dad on the 2nd of January 2024, and there were many politicians. I never heard anybody from my family complain that politicians came to that funeral. I put this out on Instagram last night while renovating. It started with a video contemplating whether I should just delete my account. Should I DELETE MY VOICE, if nobody is listening over there or is it my obligation to stay and be a part of changing minds? Backstory: I used to have a large platform on Instagram and that platform allowed me to help A LOT of people after Hurricane Helene. I was able to share the first video of Matt and I getting out of the storm which went viral and exposed the truth. That led to going on conservative news outlets and raising concerns about the administration at the time, Biden (who I voted for) and THAT started the mass exodus of my account. Since becoming conservative (and realizing that Trump is not to blame for literally everything) my account has almost 0 engagement. It’s partially my ego that was bruised, sure, but it was also my way of helping people and that path has been cut off due to CANCEL culture. My Instagram account is still 90% liberal and 50% of those bury their heads in the sand & will not listen to a sentence you say unless it starts with “Trump is bad.” I’m just going to say it, officially. DONALD TRUMP seems like a very nice man. He seems to genuinely care about his family & this country. I’ve prayed on it. I still don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing, but I do know we need more women in the conversation so I’m not going anywhere.

This goes along with what Bob and I discussed on our chat. Of the Military presence and prepared to take the streets along with law enforcement. No one is even remotely talking about how they are in the cover of night showing up where they need to be. Not one report on the news that this many marines have shown up over the weekend to LA. My question is where else are they showing up and no one has seen it or even knows. And look at the military presence in Washington and the fences being put up there. Something is about to happen. I can feel it. False Flags are coming and going to grow in magnitude to a point of absolute chaos that will have the public allow for military intervention the public will demand it. This will be the summer of justice the enemy is going to try to stop it by using fear and false flags. We must be the ones that stand in the gap and fight using our power for love and calmness to peace. Not to be confused with weakness but we are the real strength. This is not the only vision for what it looks like to have politics in this country—that is so divorced from the needs and wants of everyday people. And what we are looking to show in New York City is an alternative to what has led so many to become disenchanted with the political process. We want to show that not only can government work, but it must, and that at its core, our responsibility is to working people—to ensure that we’re doing everything to make their lives easier. That has to be what drives our actions, and for too long, government has felt more like a distraction than a fulfillment of the needs of the people who’ve been left behind by the politics of today.

After having an amazing stream tonight, it sucks that I have to bring attention to the Elephant that was dropped off in the room this morning. With Tofu Chris needing take a break from socials, due to unwarranted backlash, I felt as if this was my breaking point with a problem I've seen going since chapter 5. The hyper-fixation of negativity in the Fortnite space is something that has not just been wearing on me, but my small little slice of the community as well. I love Fortnite, the devs that work on it, the content creators I've met, and the many lifelong friends this game has given me, but there is clearly a huge issue with the community consuming drama. I gave my full thoughts on the state of the Fortnite community today in my newest longform. If you care to hear what I have to say, the link in my bio will take you to my channel where you can view things for yourself. I don't hate anyone in this community, or wish harm on any person, but that lack of respect for others who are just trying to help and make things better from creators to devs, make it difficult for me to want to be as involved in the Fortnite space as I once was. UPDATE: Pete Z and I are half way finished filming the second NDIS video and we will hopefully have it out to you all by the end of April. I just want to thank everybody again so much for their support. This has been by far the most amount of support I have ever received for anything. I was plugging away at my political journalism and activism work for about 6 or 7 hours a day every day for 6 years with not much to show for it. There were dark times back in 2023 when I had literally $50 in my account and I had to ask my parents for loans to buy fuel for my car. Now for the first time in years I can actually live without financial stress. I’m able to finally make this my full time professional job. And I’m only able to do that because of the massive amount of support I’ve had from the public. Like 300,000 extra followers on all my accounts in just one month. Thank you so much everybody. I want to spend my life fighting for a better Australia and fighting for the future of the West. I feel so blessed that I finally have support, thank you so much.

Before I do my final song, there are so many people I need to thank who have put this show together. […] Everybody on this team [is a very good friend]. I think that speaks for itself – surrounding yourself with really great people who not only do the job well, but everybody on this tour has gone above and beyond to make this show work tonight. It isn’t just about my creative brain and what I want to bring to the stage – everybody on my team has really done more than their job to make this happen, and that really means the world to me… [Tears up] I know it’s a bit of a lengthy speech tonight, but it’s because it’s the last night and it’s really important to say these things. I’m so grateful to my team. They’ve gone above and beyond to make this show what it is. I hope you know how much I love and appreciate you all, and how grateful I am. Last but not least, I have to thank you – my fans... [Chokes up] I’ve said this so many nights on the tour, but I really do mean it: I feel so honoured and lucky that I was in a girl-band for over 10 years, and I feel even luckier that I’ve got to start again at a solo artist. I couldn’t have predicted that I’d still be able to do this. I hope that shows people in the audience that it’s never too late to keep dreaming. I never thought 15 years into my career, I’d be able to do my own solo tour. Thank you for making my dreams come true. You did that. Wow… It’s an emotional one. I have to thank as well – there’s been so many new fans who have joined the JADE fandom, which is so so lovely. There’s also some day ones here tonight. I went to junior hockey a year too early. It was the hardest year of my life. Thank God I have a great family that supported me through the tough moments. But here’s the thing… My family always told me the truth and never let me make excuses. Even though we may have made the wrong decision rushing the process, the message from my parents was always to be the best teammate I could be, work through the tough stuff, and I’ll be better for it on the other side. In today’s landscape where kids are trying to get to the next level as fast as possible instead of at the right time, there will be many kids in my shoes. So for all the families out there that may be in that situation with their kid… Don’t make excuses for them. Don’t tell them it’s not fair and they’re getting screwed. Help them to look in the mirror, control what they can control, and focus on getting better and earning what they get. If my family made excuses for me or blamed other people, I would not have made it. I’m thankful for the tough moments and my parents helped me understand it was a part of the process.

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. Why am I not even surprised by this, I’m afraid if more and teachers have this epiphany then we won’t have any left to teach our kids. This woman used to be a teacher with a master’s degree. I can’t imagine devoting that much time and money to a profession only to find out I could make more just working a normal job. I think more and more that higher education is possibly turning into a scam. Growing up I was always told to focus on school, get an education and I will soar. Not too long after that I found out that wasn’t the case. I don’t even use my degree at all, I got it because I was told by my parents I had to. I worked two jobs while in school so I could graduate without debt, only to put it on the wall and forget about it. I later on went the family business route anyways as I always planned on doing. I feel I was pressured and sold a pipe dream that a degree would be the answer to anything financial for me, that it would unlock possibilities. For me, it closed many doors, many employers saw me as being overqualified. The turning point for me was when I used to go to a hotel with co-workers after work and I got to know my server. Turned out he had a degree in a similar field to mine and he was waiting on tables and in massive student debt because of it. I can tell the college dream turned into a nightmare for him. To spend thousands and not be able to use it to recoup my money would make me feel like the biggest fool around. I felt like if anyone came by to sell me magic beans, I would have a beanstalk in my yard. While not using my degree worked for me, there are so many more others that can’t say the same.
