earned their spot in OU history 📚

Earned their right to bring down that wall. Their right to add their class to the long Crimson line. They've cemented their story into Sooner history as a story unlike any others in century of winners representing the University of Oklahoma. A handful of returners. Another handful of transfers. And a heap of freshmen. Athletes with zero history of playing time as a team 10 months ago. Athletes who had love from fans for being Sooners, but who had no thought from fans that they could possibly win it all again. Athletes who had constant comparisons to players in the past. They appear to have no problem with comparisons. They have stepped out of the footsteps of history and done things their own way. Whatever they accomplish in Oklahoma City, they are securely, solidly, utterly, squarely in our hearts.

@OU_Athletics Love it when they do that! It’s like a kid on Christmas morning. Can’t wait to see them in Oklahoma City. Let’s bring home another trophy.
