This happened one year when I was a kid but it was watermelons. & nobody recalls planting watermelons or throwing seeds into the yard. Just one day we had watermelon in the yard. I tried to do it again several times after that? Wouldn’t take. It’s amazing how the Earth works.

My daughter loves watermelon... my dad always has one for her when she visits. They sit on the porch to eat them and they spit the seeds right into the bushes. The next time we visited 2 watermelons were growing right by the steps.
