Good evening, as regards SCUML, please I applied like 7months ago, it was approved but I was never sent the certificate, I've complained many times via mail but no reply and even made attempts visiting your branch office. Also, calls to your customer care line doesn't connect.

To quickly ask is there a law that says I must register or have the Certificate

please look into Raven app.. access to fund has been denied for days now with no clear communication and communication route not accessible eg x account, phone number etc

Do not report your case with EFCC they will loot your money from scammers and stop responding to you
