Eastern Devs still know how to create characters full of CHARM and ARTISTIC INTEGRITY. A likable character is the first step in making a game that is FUN, a tenet that Western Devs have completely abandoned.

I miss when Triple A Devs were BRAVE enough to have ARTISTIC INTEGRITY and create FUN and CHARMING characters that immersed the player in the world. Character and Art Design are in a lot of ways MORE important than dialogue and story which a lot of Devs have forgotten.

While Western Devs keep pumping out slop that no one wants (highgaurd, Cod, Battlefield) Japanese devs are working hard to create ARTISTIC and APPEALING character driven games that have LIFE and CHARM in ever animation.

One of the GREATEST boss battles ever created. It is full of ARTISTIC INTEGRITY and CHARM. Triple A devs have A LOT of catching up to do, they only care about spectacle and not FUN.

Eastern Devs are SO FAR ahead of Western Devs at this point it almost LAUGHABLE. The Character and Art Design ECLIPSES anything made by Western Devs by a MILE. Finally We have some ARTISTIC and CHARMING games releasing soon.

Eastern Devs are so far ahead by creating Character that are actually INTERESTING and ENGAGING instead of the VAPID and SOULESS characters that Western Devs keep pumping out.

Indie game devs create the most UNIQUE and ARTISTIC boss design that add CHARM to the battle. While Triple A devs just plop out a standard enemy with 2 health bars and call it a day.

Indie devs can take the most SIMPLE concept and turn them into ARTISTIC INNOVATIONS. This simple game of rock paper scissors has a enormous amount of CHARM and FUN. Western Devs need to learn from this.

Devs released an update that changed the character model, and its VERY noticeable, this is why Eastern Devs are FAR AHEAD. Western Devs would be to AFRAID of artificial backlash to do this.

Western Devs will create the most HORRIFYING and ANNOYING character of all time and then wonder why no one likes them. Its actually quite easy to make a likable character. Just make them likable.

Gacha Games get a lot of hate, however they are constantly creating FUN and ARTISTIC mini games that provide INTENSE gameplay. I wish Western Devs focused more on fun like Eastern Devs, but they are too preoccupied with staying unoffensive.

Normally I am STRONGLY OPPOSED to cosmetic DLC, however sometimes it add so much ARTISTIC INTEGRITY and CHARM that it is worth any price. This is one of those rare situations, Japanese Devs really know how to make games.

This game is from 2013 back when Devs weren't afraid to create CHARMING and APPEALING characters and environments. Tomb Raider(2013) was a GIANT influence on a lot of games however modern Devs are to COWARDLY to emulate the character design.

This is a CHARMING Indie game about being a detective solving a mystery. This is the type of ARTISTIC INNOVATION that only Indie Devs are BRAVE enough to tackle. Triple A Devs should take note and learn from this.

Indie Devs have the ability to quickly capitalize on a FUN and TRENDING character while Triple A Devs take YEARS to create something for an OVERSATURATED and BORING genre.

Triple A Devs used to be BRAVE enough to create CHARMING and ARTISTIC characters that had UNIQUE personalities. This made each boss fight FUN and MEMORABLE. A Modern Dev would never be able to create something like this today.

Japanese Devs are so far ahead of Western Devs at this point its actually EMBARRASSING. The combat in this game is MILES AHEAD of anything made by Triple A Devs and the IMMERSION is next level.

Sometime the character design is so CHARMING and ARTISTIC that you can overlook SMALL animation errors. Something Triple A Devs could learn from since they polish all FUN and CREATIVITY away.
