At the top level of the game, this is how a player's physical performance data is visualised post-match and used to inform their recovery on MD+1. From what they eat to refuel, to the recovery protocols they choose from in terms of a selection menu: yoga and meditation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, strength training in the gym, etc. And every player produces different datasets so recovery can be individualised.
