I couldn’t get past the horrible vocal inflections. But none of the recipes this page posts are actual nutrition.

Those tortillas are hard as a rock. The whole thing looks yuck! I guess she won’t have to worry about vampires.

Nothing she makes is nutritious, palatable or appealing visually. She just throws food together with no concern for whether the ingredients are complimentary.

Why wouldn’t you fold the tortilla over before baking to make a burrito type thingy instead of wasting the two sides without any filling.? You would end up throwing it away, I would think only my opinion.

Could have sautéed spinach and peppers then filled the tortillas with those ingredients, rolled them and baked on a cookie sheet. Why use tortillas if you are not rolling them up or folding like a quasadillo?

This “I’m coming in with” drives nuts. Where are you coming in from?

Why does she have to jabber jabber jabber - my ears hurt! So two fresh ingredients (excluding the eggs), precooked tortilla and processed cheese. Hard pass!

If you don’t don’t want to form kidney stones (trust me, you don’t), skip the spinach. I love it too, but after 4 stones, I quit because spinach is the 2nd highest oxalate concentration plant after beets. No more stones!
