Really? How is there a trick to rendering bacon? Seems more difficult then just seperating the slices and letting it happen……prob just me…..

You’re still doing it wrong, plus making a big mess. Just lay each slice on a disposable foil pan. Put it in the oven at 425 or 450 degrees. It’s done in 10-15 mins.
