Except for the onions, cheese and tomatoes, everything else is canned. Corn is most likely GMO beside the fact that corn is very hard to digest! As for cilantro, this is one herb I love but, only organic! Why? Cilantro has the capability to remove metals from intestines. If it is not, then it has metals absorbed from soil (pesticides/herbicides/insecticides). As for the chicken, it was most likely raised with corn/soy! Lady, toss that bowl into the garbage can and start with better ingredients and cook your own organic chicken. Also listen to Bobby Kennedy, the HHS Secretary?
