Stranded wires need a ferrule to go into a bus bar like this. This is meant for solid wire. Also, you can tell a hack "hack" by how retarded the first part is. try turning the screw with a little bit of torque and maybe the wire won't come out.

Just use a wire ferrule. Easier and safer.
