Meeting on the security situation in the Dnipro region: a detailed discussion focused on dealing with the aftermath of Russian strikes, protecting critical infrastructure, the work of the air defense forces in the region, and logistics. The evacuation of the wounded and the delivery of supplies to the front – all depend, among other things, on the quality and protection of the roads. More must be done on this in the communities of the Dnipro region, and the pace must increase. There is a near-constant drone threat in Nikopol and Marhanets and we spoke about strengthening electronic warfare capabilities and air defense activity in the Dnipro region. Servicemembers also reported on the situation in the areas of Stepnohirsk, Orikhiv, and Huliaipole. We also went over counter-sabotage and counterterrorism efforts, preventing hostile recruitment of Ukrainians, and the overall security situation in the region. Special attention was given to the Donetsk region and the situation in the Black Sea. I thank everyone working to protect the Dnipro region and all of Ukraine.
