He might have overlooked mentioning that digitization brings services to your fingertips, saving you the inconvenience of traveling and standing in line at the office. The platform not only saves time but also eliminates commuter expenses.

So the government does not have enough money to fund digitalization of their services but they have enough to buy new cars and build new mansions 🤔 lame priorities

This chap cannot answer a simple question without giving private sector Examples like Safaricom. There ought to be a class for everyone on the purpose of taxation. @EricLatiff question is simple, "why are you paying to pay for government services?" The rest are just stories.

@EricLatiff is asking a legit question. Why is the digitization making access to government services more expensive?

Involving digitization of service essentially should make it cheaper. They should then fire those employees still working at those govt offices since they have declared redundant by E citizen.

This guy is just an extension of the government bureaucracy. He is so measured with the truth because he is a beneficiary of the same govt. Govt has enough to run its operations but theft and pilferage is where the problem is.
