Exclusive video of attack on RO Office NA 128 by goons of IPP. Which disrupted form 45 consolidation proceedings. Despite being in huge numbers punjab police failed to tackle them. Police infact under supervision of SP model town Irtiza forecffully evicted salman akram raja and me from RO Office. Later RO Issued order of eviction to support what police has done. And as a result we were not allowed to participate in proceedings and Form 47 was issued secretly in our absence. None of the attackers have been arrested so far, no FIR is on the record.

The Sindh High Court today has disposed all petitions challenging tabulation of Form 47 with directions to ECP to treat our petitions as complaints/representation before the ECP and must decide the complaints expeditiously i.e. within 14 days and any resulting grievance will be addressed by Election Tribunal. However, we have no faith in ECP whose malafide is most glaring in the Shoaib Shaheen case where ECP gave him stay on Sunday and issued notification of his opposing candidate Tariq Fazal Chaudhary as winner on the same day. This is happening despite high court orders. If the ECP plays delay tactics itself that prevent petitions from being submitted before the Election Tribunals, then this will only furthers serious questions about the role of ECP in this entire process.

🧵 Crooked ROs derailing democracy? This is a complete video of the hearing by the RO PK79, Arshad Afridi, on the instructions of the Election Commission of Pakistan (OFFICIAL)🇵🇰, on February 15th. The RO is asked whether he has any Forms 45. He says no. He is then given a copy of the Forms 45 and read the result polling station by polling station. He does not dispute the polling station results. When he is told by the lawyer that the count did not happen in front of the candidates, he does not dispute it. When lawyer Ali Gohar Durrani finishes his arguments, Arshad Afridi says he will need to consult his lawyer since he is not a very learned person. After, when I ask Mr Afridi as to why as RO he did not allow me inside, he says it is because he was not in charge of security (it was not in his hands). When I ask him whether the fact that the results in my Forms 45 are so different to what he has notified, does it not amaze him? He says he will need to look into it. After agreeing that he left the stadium at 3 am, RO Afridi claims that he returned to the stadium and announced the result from the RO room. But when confronted with evidence that after 6 am, I had access to the RO room and the DC and SSP Operations told me that the RO was not there, he he retracts his statement and agrees he was not there. Make up your own mind about the truth. To date, sadly Chief Secretary Nadeem Chaudhry, not IG Akhtar Hayat Gandapur have taken any actions or called any explanations of the officers present in the room; DRO Afaq Wazir or SSP Operations Kashif Abbasi, or CCPO Ishfaq Anwer who denied access to the complex to all contesting candidates including me. As a reminder, on PK79, having obtained 25102 votes and a 5x lead over the number two candidate, the 5th place candidate having obtained 1609 votes was declared elected in the official result.
