There seems to be a lot of confusion about what went wrong last night, but it's pretty clear that @edsheeran wasn't at fault. The cancellation was due to a safety issue, and all reports are that he was devastated for the fans who'd come out to see him.

@JoeWarner81 As I understand Sheeran is not at fault but this screwed a lot of people. We're not some random city where everyone at the show lives. I'd guess half that crowd came in for the show and now they reschedule on Holloween weekend when prices will be even higher. Not great

@JoeWarner81 A whole 30 minutes? Considering what his fans went through, he should have at least given them an hour since they gave him the night off.

Not many would spend time interacting. I applaud him. Things like this are why I now pay extra for insurance, especially on pricey tix. I also choose to fly to Vegas from Florida for shows because, if for some reason they get cancelled, there’s always something else to do.

He could have taken that time to do an improvised show..Fans would have understood & been happy

@JoeWarner81 They let some people in for PR No way they let people in with the stage not set up. He is responsible it’s his show. Taking a few selfies doesn’t make up for anything
