2k to 93,200. Another day. Another step closer to 100k. Let me be very clear so nobody confuses this with luck. Accounts do not grow like this by accident. They grow when you stop gambling and start operating with rules. Every trade I take has a reason. Every entry has invalidation. Every loss is accepted before the trade is placed. This is where most people fail. They say they want growth but they trade emotionally. They size too big. They chase moves they missed. They let losers run because admitting they are wrong hurts their ego. The market punishes ego fast. The goal is not to be right. The goal is to be disciplined. I do not need to catch every move. I only need to catch the ones that fit my plan. Flat days are wins. Small green days are wins. Survival is a win. You cannot compound if you are constantly digging out of drawdowns. As the account grows the rules get tighter, not looser. Risk scales slower than confidence. Profits are protected. Trades are fewer but cleaner. This is how you go from small money to real money without blowing up. If you are trying to do this yourself understand something important. The edge is not a secret indicator. The edge is patience. The edge is saying no to bad setups. The edge is showing up every day with the same process whether you are up or down. 93,200 is not the finish line. It is proof of concept. 100k is close. The work stays the same. If you are serious about trading stop looking for shortcuts. Build rules. Respect risk. Let discipline compound.

🙂Reflection time: Life in general is pretty good and I am very lucky to have found new friends, family and a dog that love me, unconditionally. Personally, I have no regrets waiving my anonymity and releasing personal footage of a sensitive nature to get my voice heard -(although it should never have come to this). I have made a lot of sacrifices exposing Greater Manchester Police. Apart from exposing an organisational cover up that has become a systematic cover up - I do not and will not engage in any form of negativity. I have never claimed to be perfect. My imperfections are out there for all to see. However, my campaigning has and is helping others and that is out there for all to see too. ❤️THANK YOU❤️to all of you that have made this journey easier for me - there are a lot of you that have. The support and love shown towards me is more than I ever anticipated. *silenced but I chose to speak louder *retaliation but I fought back *loss of friends and family but I found better *getting to breaking point and living in fear - I persisted *my case gained traction at my own personal expense *smear attempts -try harder b!tches😘 😜Anyway, I have recently started making little amatuer videos to expose the corruption (like talking this has been sooo therapeutic).👇🏽 Who better to tell my story than me (grateful to the media but they can't always print and produce what I want say). The livestreamers and podcasters have been brilliant and I am so grateful. Greater Manchester Police may try their 'malicious communication' go to with me as I have made a typo🤪🤦🏽‍♀️... Andy Burnham Vera Baird DBE KC Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) @ICOnewsall know my personality though as we go way back. So🤞🏽. IOPC's Decision Maker Kathryn McNeice telling me I can't give a video recorded interview re: GMP sex offenders after I complained about my Lead Investigator Beth Carpenter and the 'unnerving' Rachel Hughes (see quoted tweet)👇🏽. 🙃Fine. I will make my own then. Wait until you see what I will be telling anyone and everyone who will listen. Part 1 is tame but more to come. Hope you ENJOY! HAPPY 2025 EVERYONE! poem credit: Miss Yankey on social media

Yesterday I made a halt at a petrol pump. I spent a few minutes there getting fuel, using the restroom, drinking water etc. When I was about to leave, I saw this man looking at me but I didn’t think much of it. Second time the gaze was a bit longer but still I didn’t feel any threat. I began moving and he was in front of car. He looks back the third time and slows down. Now my attention was on him. He had something in his hand. Looked like a cell phone. As I was getting out of the petrol pump, he suddenly stopped and gestured for me to stop and talk. I immediately swerved and sped away. He followed behind for some distance but I didn’t look back and increased speed and after a few minutes realised that I had lost him. Although nothing happened but even something as small as this makes my heart race and makes me wonder whether he was a thief or a pervert or maybe a drug addict. I kept imagining that had I stopped my car and lowered the window to ask what he wanted as it seemed like an ordinary gesture, maybe he could have had pepper spray and might have sprayed and picked up my purse. We were on NH1 and this stretch is pretty isolated with just this one petrol pump here. The road is elevated and villages are atleast 20-30 feet below. Just wanted to share this with a note to women here - do not be kind to strangers in today’s world. Distrust everyone! People on social media are also strangers just like the ones on road. Having high situational awareness is a better defence tool than anything else. And when in trouble, run, make noise and dont stay silent in such situations ever! #RoadTales #NH1 #Harassment

thank you Jung Wooyoung… i saw this edit on tiktok and... i'm grateful that something pushed me to discover Ateez a year ago. sometimes i'm mad at myself for being so late with that. but still – better late than never… i never would have thought someone would come into my heart again, like bands/musicians did when i was a teenager. because how could that be possible? i'm already in my twenties, how could i ever love someone like that again? however, things turned out differently than i expected... from the moment my sister showed me Ateez, i said something like "i think Wooyoung is the coolest..." or "i like Wooyoung the most" and so it just stayed that way i didn't think that my stubborn mind and heart would be able to have a new idol – an idol who is from a completely different world than what i was used to… maybe this world has been with me for some time, and one person has been showing me all this time what i was missing, but entering it last year, when life was terribly fucked up… changed my thinking a bit (life maybe too) i love to love Wooyoung thank you Wooyoung for existing… for saving what was left of my life last year i know these are big words and maybe even a bit tacky... but that's how i feel Wooyoung seemed to show me that there was something more beyond the edge i saw. his voice, his words, his smile, his laugh, and the way his eyes sparkle… he somehow brings me back down to earth. he adds something to my life that's missing – maybe that's why i'm still here so i'll be grateful for that, no matter how it sounds. cheesy or tacky or weird- because maybe half the world knows this flower... but only this flower showed that all petals are beautiful //sorry for that rant…

Today is exactly 10 years since my injury that ended my skate career, at the age of 24. The animation explains exactly what that night was like, and how stupid it was, but also how gnarly it was. I ended up rupturing an artery, tore ACL, LCL, PCL, MCL, and stretched out the nerve in the back of my knee that caused me to have a permanent paralyzed foot (drop foot). I can’t begin to tell you how devastating it was to have something I loved so much taken away from me in seconds. My whole life was dedicated to skateboarding and it all changed over night, because of just one stupid moment. I’ve gone through a lot of ups and downs over the past 10 years, from hating skateboarding, wanting nothing to do with it, distancing myself from my skate friends - Then years later finding myself right back to loving skating and being apart of it again in different ways than just stepping on a skateboard. All of that has just been part of my healing process. I had a meeting with Rick, Carroll, and Smyth at Girl a few years back, requesting that we do a “Last Board”. They initially didn’t agree with me, but it was something that I really wanted to do. I felt just for the healing journey that I needed that chapter of my life to come to an end. I owe those dudes everything that I have in my life, Girl was my favorite company as a kid growing up, and I am so grateful that I was able to turn pro with them at 18 years old, and end my skate career with them (technically 10 years ago). I fucking LOVE Girl Skateboards forever. I also really like the idea of the board saying “GAME OVER” because it sounds so harsh, like “Dude, you broke your leg, you lose. You’re not Pro anymore. Game over” hahaha. I also just want to thank every single person that has supported me along the way of my skate career, from my family and friends, to every single person that we met at the demos and signings around the world. I am grateful for absolutely every second of it and all of it was a dream come true. And hopefully in 10 more years someone figures out how to cure some damn nerve damage. Shit. New part dropping 2034.

15 YEARS OF TRADING ADVICE I started trading in 2011, and my first lesson was brutal but simple: trust the process and focus on getting better every day. My start was awful. Real-time trading was fast, chaotic, and unforgiving. I hesitated on entries, chased moves, and held losers far past my stop. I made the same mistakes over and over. Before long, I was at the back of my training class at Trillium Trading. Progress didn’t come from trading more — it came when I stepped back and built a framework for improvement: deliberate practice, structured review, and systemizing my work. I wasn’t making money yet, but my win rate and consistency were improving. That mattered. In 2012, I learned something that changed everything: most profits come from very few opportunities. I coined the “Broken Slot Machine” concept and drastically narrowed my focus to in-play stocks — names with exceptional volume, volatility, or fresh news. Cutting out noise was a turning point. I still trade this way today. 2013 was my breakthrough year. I stopped chasing complexity and built a small playbook of “easy money” trades — simple, repeatable setups with defined risk. A few mean-reversion plays. Small, consistent wins. Fewer unforced errors. That’s when my PNL finally stabilized and my confidence started compounding. In 2014, I nearly blew up my career. A fat-tail after-hours loss wiped out over $100K in minutes. That drawdown forced me to build strict drawdown protocols — daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits with zero exceptions. Those rules didn’t just save my career — they’ve saved countless others since. By 2015, I shifted my mindset away from obsessing over PNL and toward improving expected value every day — what I now call the Bobblehead Concept. Red days became feedback. Growth became the metric. That mindset carried me through the emotional swings of trading. In 2016, I learned how much environment matters. Trading isn’t purely an individual sport. Being surrounded by serious traders — sharing ideas, accountability, and lessons — accelerated growth faster than anything else. In 2017, I adopted the Daily Report Card habit. Daily reflection. One improvement at a time. Treating trading like a professional athlete reviewing game film. This single habit was foundational to everything that followed. In 2018, I stopped trying to be early. I learned to wait for the right side of the V — letting moves exhaust before entering. Risk dropped. Win rate rose. Size increased. Being right mattered more than being first. From 2019 onward, it was about 1% improvements, adaptability, and pressing size only when edge was extreme. 2020 rewarded preparation. After almost 10 years of trading, COVID hit and it was a day trader's dream market. Most traders scale linearly, but the real outlier performance comes from identifying when you have an A+ setup and absolutely maximizing it. Doing so allowed me to have my first year making over $10m in PNL. By 2021, my technical skills were dialed in. What mattered most was psychology and performance optimization. I realized that how I managed my mental game determined how consistently I could execute at the highest level. Once you have edge, your mental state is what determines how consistently you stick to your system and capture the opportunities in front of you. Strong mental game allows you to avoid FOMO, ragetrading, and other bad habits that leech our PNL. 2022 the markets slowed down and punished many that didn't adapt. I realized that survival in trading isn’t about always being aggressive—it’s about trading based on what the market requires of you. The best traders don’t try to force the market to fit them, they fit their trading to the market and evolve faster than everyone else. 2023 I started allocating more energy toward swing trading—holding positions for days rather than seconds or minutes. This, coupled with selling options premium, gave me the space to step back, zoom out, and build a more sustainable lifestyle. I was no longer glued to the screen 10 hours a day. It reminded me that trading is a means to an end. 2024, I pushed myself to go beyond stocks. I dove deeper into options, futures, and overnight trading. Each new product came with its own quirks, nuances, and edge opportunities. Learning these instruments wasn’t just about more tools—it was about building a truly diversified and adaptable trading approach that maximizes your expected value based on the situation. At the elite level, the more markets and products you open yourself up to, the more opportunities you have to profit and the more mediums you have to express your trade in the most effective way possible. Now at the end of 2025, after 15 years, the biggest lesson is this: There’s no finish line in this game. The best traders stay curious. They stay hungry. And no matter how good you get, if you’re going to stay relevant in markets, you need to always be learning. I'm excited to see what 2026 will bring and I wish you all nothing but health, happiness, and the success you all are looking for.

What I should have followed. After the holidays as I’m a brokie as the legend Andrew Tate say I’m going to need help by the Twitter lawyers after the holiday season to help out. The people that help me win the suits will generously participate in the upside. Going to let the monsters that lives on the backs and injury of hard working warriors that fall have a good Christmas spirit. After the holidays I will post many nice evidence and recordings this bipolar person will release. Don’t worry I will let you fine folk put me in jail as well. Never claimed to be innocent. But the hilarious attempts to be innocent and be a part of fucking my kids future to go down with me. I give zero fucks about what happens to me. This is for my kids. Maybe the white dominated sport that is so fine and nice sit back and sweat. I’m the truth that hockey is the most toxic culture in all of sports. The players and staff know the idiot I’ve been. Lucky I have not done it alone. How come hockey never been in the news for drugs and criminal activity. Nah we just the white league that are better and behave better then all other sports. Gary get ready. What I’m coming with after you had a jolly good time the reality you will have fun suppress. But your watch dogs won’t win me and if they do tell them to come well prepared. Folks and fans I’m willing to destroy my self for truth. Let’s start with the ambien and c pac use for organizations. How I did drugs my whole career and never got one single phone call when I came to USA at 18 escaping my past and I never thought I got out in a bigger criminal empire then what I came from. Research west coast family in Sweden that I grew up in since 4 years old. I thought that taking the flight away when I was 18 to just get introduced to the crazy shit called the nhl. I will admit to my crimes and won’t hide my part. Now it’s about truth and people are coming with me for saving my children that had no part in it. Around the 26-27th panda lawyers come out and we are going to court with the public media which is you the people. Hate me and say to change my meds. When the nhl helped me pay the extortions against my sister and kids. I will go down with them. Dm me if you’re interested to help. But I will post everything you need to knew about our fucked up sports and no lawyer can bury me with lawyers. I will eat them alive as I can’t give to shits about what happens to me. My children will never see me again. If you guys think I’m that kind of man that do that like the nhl program told me with marlow and Dan Cronin the last days then give your heads a shake. Amount of 9mm on my forehead last 10 years that they knew. Look up what happened in odense Denmark last monday and that was suppressed… hahah. I’m the villain that will bring change. Hate me.. don’t give a fuck. I love you. No matter where this goes my kids deserve to know the truth. God bless. The nhl clean up crews have been trying with me but they can’t. Here is were they have forced me too. Have a good holiday and I’m lucky to be alive. I want attention or drama queen. Let’s see when this is over if true. God bless America and the world. Fucj the corporate snakes. I’m going to convince my shit too. Let’s see if they wanna play ball. NHL players you deserve better but are a bunch of pussies. ❤️ not many people with drugs charges and criminal acts compared to the other sports. Is it the white sports or is it something else. Maybe white behave better than others. We are way worse the. Others. If my account got suspended you know the white power handled business. I am sorry to relationships I did everything for. But time to have fun. The truth will come out bipolar or not. God bless. Happy holidays. My family won’t have it. That’s on me. But I’m fighting for their future. Hate me it’s ok. I deserve it. But hate them too they were equally involved ✌️ 10-14 psychotropics they put in me to shut up. Well destroying me is a small price topay

Time is up. Not going alone. truth coming soon.

MC: Jessie, what would you like to say to Vicky? Jessie : What I want to say to Vicky is… she’s just so adorable. Playing her honestly healed me too. Being Vicky made me feel like I became a brighter person someone more positive, someone who finds happiness in simple things. So getting this role… it really felt like I became a better version of myself. And Vicky will always stay right here in my heart I’ll never leave her behind HC: So we can say Vicky is another character that really brought out Jessie’s charm, right? P’Tungpang probably knows best since you’ve known her for so long. When Jessie became Vicky, her brightness and cuteness really came out a lot, didn’t it? Tungpang: That’s just who she is… that’s really her. But in previous roles, her characters were usually strong or intense So this role made me even more happy and proud of Jessie for making everyone love her. She really nailed the role of Vicky At first, we were worried people might find the character annoying since Vicky is kind of a sassy cat-like girl. But Jessie played her in a way that made everyone adore her instead I’m really happy for her and so proud of her Jessie: Yes, but I want to say Vicky wouldn’t have come out this perfect without Captain Thara too As actors, we work as a pair, we support each other So you can’t just praise me, I have to praise my partner too Thank you for always supporting me and giving your all so the work turns out the best it can be We didn’t let go of even a single scene Not even a single line I wanted everything in this story to have meaning Even just a one-second eye contact… we both put our souls into this work Thank you Tungpang: Honestly, even though I’m older than Jessie her acting experience is greater than mine. I respect her a lot and I’m always open to learning from her. That’s why it turned out so well… because we trust each other. Jessie: Exactly HEART CODE THE SERIES FINAL EP #TungpangJessie #HeartCodeTheSeries #HaartCodeFinalEP
