The education has to be in French because of the global economic leverage. I think Haiti should make it mandatory for students to learn other languages aside French English & Spanish also German and Arabic maybe a few Asian languages for global economic advantage.

En général, les manuels scolaires sont en français mais l’enseignement se fait, la plupart du temps, dans les deux langues.
