Editing outdoor wedding photos

Ok but why edit out the light refraction in the champagne glass? That makes the entire thing look fake. I think it’s a cool trick but it flattens the lighting. Unless that’s what ppl want?

I don't like such editing tbh, even when you model they make so many minor edits that it kinda feels like it isn't you anymore. But at least in modeling I understand it for commercial reasons, why would you edit a wedding photo? The imperfections make you who you are!

If my photographer did this to my photos, I'd ask for a refund. They have no right to edit my entire body structure for a photo
