14 PEAKS NO O2 – Forever grateful for your support. On 4th, I stood on the summit of Shishapangma along with the fixing team from Mingma G – a poignant and heartfelt moment I am still trying to find the words for. After 14 Peaks I wanted to continue to motivate and inspire and show that there are always more things to achieve and do in life. I dedicate this climb and new records to the memory of my dear mum and dad and Anna and Mingmar. I now become the fastest person to climb all 14 Peaks without supplementary oxygen (2 years 4 months and 28 days) as well as the fastest person to climb 14 Peaks with both O2 and no O2 together – in 5 years, 5 months and 12 days (23rd April 2019 to 4th October 2024.) I’m so proud to have stood on the summit with my brother and K2Winter legend Ming Ma.g – who completes his 14 Peaks no O2 mission too – we become the first Nepalese to achieve this! (Tribute post incoming soon on this legend!) No competition, just teamwork and huge respect! My mission has always been to raise the name of Nepal and all the Big Mountain climbing community and to inspire people across the world to know that nothing is impossible. Even if you have the most humble background, if you work hard and dream big, you can achieve your dreams. It is a privilege to represent the mountaineering community in this and achieve these new records. Thank you to everyone who has supported me and shown my team love – I am so grateful. You are all forever part of these summits and successes! #14peaksnoo2 #nimsdai #eliteexped #Shishapangma #sevensummits #nimsdaifoundation #k2winter #nimsdaistore #14Peaks #AchieveYourNewPossible #NothingIsImpossible #14PeaksNothingIsImpossible #Gurkha #BeyondPossible #MotivationalSpeaker

A message from Chef Raz Shabtai after his Mutra Kosher restaurant in Miami made history, becoming the first ever fully Kosher Michelin star restaurant: Today, my heart is full. First, thank You, God. For every blessing, every challenge, and for giving me the strength to keep going when the road seemed impossible. To my team - this honor belongs to you. Every long day, every late night, every sacrifice, every detail, every plate. Your passion and dedication turned a dream into reality. I am forever grateful to walk this journey beside you. To our guests, friends, and supporters - thank you for believing in us and allowing us to share our story through food. And to my grandmother, Mutra. The woman who raised me. The woman whose love, strength, and values shaped the person I am today. I named this restaurant after you so that your spirit would live on through every guest we welcome and every dish we serve. This moment carries your name, your legacy, and your love. Today is proof that dreams are worth fighting for. Believe in your dreams, even when others don’t believe in you. Keep pushing your limits. Keep working when nobody is watching. Keep going when people tell you it’s impossible. The road will test you, but if you stay true to your vision and refuse to give up, extraordinary things can happen. This moment is bigger than a restaurant. It’s about faith, family, perseverance, and the courage to believe before anyone else does. With gratitude, humility, and a full heart - Thank you. Food is Holy. Raz.

To be a successful founder, you have to believe that what you're working on is going to work — despite knowing it probably won't! That sounds like an oxymoron, but it's really not. Believing that what you're building is going to work is an essential component of coming to work with the energy, fortitude, and determination it's going to require to even have a shot. Knowing it probably won't is accepting the odds of that shot. It's simply the reality that most things in business don't work out. At least not in the long run. Most businesses fail. If not right away, then eventually. Yet the world economy is full of entrepreneurs who try anyway. Not because they don't know the odds, but because they've chosen to believe they're special. The best way to balance these opposing points — the conviction that you'll make it work, the knowledge that it probably won't — is to do all your work in a manner that'll make you proud either way. If it doesn't work, you still made something you wouldn't be ashamed to put your name on. And if it does work, you'll beam with pride from making it on the basis of something solid. The deep regret from trying and failing only truly hits when you look in the mirror and see Dostoevsky staring back at you with this punch to the gut: "Your worst sin is that you have destroyed and betrayed yourself for nothing." Oof. Believe it's going to work. Build it in a way that makes you proud to sign it. Base your worth on a human on something greater than a business outcome.
