I have a river birch tree and you can get lots of water out of it. We were digging once and hit a root and we thought we busted a pipe.

Birch trees are a blessing of God it seems. It has water and you can create fire easily with the bark or skin that comes of easily. It has a resin that burns. What a tree! By accident some would say. A blessing from God I know it is.

Birch water has many health benefits. You can also make syrup which is delicious. You can also make wine. For a couple weeks in the spring you can tap them.
