NEW: More gains of strategic connection to the centre, as President Tinubu directs the installation of solar-powered street lights from Enugu all the way to Onitsha. Truth be told, Tinubu has done a lot for Enugu under the visionary leadership of Governor Peter Mbah. And Engr Dave Umahi is unarguably the best ever performing Minister of Works. Ndi Enugu are increasingly seeing the clear benefits of aligning with the party at the centre of national power and politics. • Under President Tinubu's administration, the South East Development Commission was established, with headquarters in Enugu. • President approved the concession of the Akanu Ibiam International Airport, including the completion of the abandoned international terminal and the construction of a new cargo terminal, finally making the airport truly international and not merely in name. The first Nigerian airport to be successfully concessioned. • President Tinubu, chairing the Federal Executive Council, approved ₦24 billion for the construction of the 82 Division/Abakpa Junction Flyover in Enugu. • The President also approved the immediate and expedited reconstruction of the collapsed twin New Artisan Bridge. • President Tinubu gave approval for the speedy construction of Eke Obinagu Flyover, Emene, arguably the longest in the South East, in support of the dualisation of the 21.7km Abakaliki Road from the Airport Flyover to the Ebonyi State border by the Peter Mbah administration. • The President approved the continued funding of the reconstruction of Enugu - Onitsha Expressway. See the transformation of the stretch from Abakpa Junction to Trans Ekulu flyover towards 9th Mile and beyond. • President Tinubu approved the ongoing dualization of the 9th Mile – Opi Nsukka - Obollo Afor – Oturkpo highway after decades of neglect and abandonment. • The President approved the release of funds for the continuation of the reconstruction of the Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway. • President Tibunu appointed an Enugu son, Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla as the Chief of the Naval Staff, and subsequently another Enugu son, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, as the Chief of the Air Staff. * Coming Soon: Presidential approval secured for key infrastructure projects in Enugu and the South East * Revitalisation of the Eastern Rail Line from Port Harcourt through Aba, Enugu, Ubahu, Eha Amufu, Oturkpo, Kafanchan, Kaduna, to Maiduguri. * Extension of gas pipeline to Enugu to power industrialisation across the state. • Let me stop for now. Doubters should please fact-check me. Dan Nwomeh in Enugu

Inside Ceuta: Rebel News reports from Spain’s border crisis Alexandra Lavoie reports from Spain’s North African enclave as residents describe the fallout from a large-scale migrant breach across the border from Morocco. Rebel News journalists Alexandra Lavoie and Efrain Flores Monsanto 🇨🇦🚛 have arrived in southern Spain to report from the North African enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla following a major border breach that has drawn international attention. They travelled from Madrid through Seville before reaching the Spanish territory of Ceuta, where hotels were reportedly fully booked amid the ongoing situation. More than 50,000 military-age men breached the border from Morocco by land and by sea, causing mayhem on these Spanish enclaves. To understand the magnitude, Ceuta normally has a population of approximately 83,000 people. The images circulating online were chilling: crowds of men running through the streets, some shouting “Allahu Akbar,” while scenes of destruction, vandalism, looting and chaos spread across the city. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has described the incident as an attack on Spain’s territorial integrity, while political debate has intensified over the government’s immigration and border policies. Western borders across the globe are being exploited, and our governments are turning a blind eye. We, ordinary citizens, are being forced to live with the consequences. The purpose of this reporting trip is to document the conditions on the ground and speak directly with residents and business owners affected by the disruption, and to give them a voice unlike the mainstream media.

“New York City could provide trans healthcare for every trans person in the country who… can’t afford it—and it would be a blip on our radar.” In this clip, Daniel Goulden lays out the next phase of DSA’s project with Zohran Mamdani: governing. And yes—they’re planning to make NYC a national provider of trans healthcare. “Our population size is like abysmally small… so that means if you want to provide healthcare for trans people, you don’t have to spend that much money.” The logic is clear: because it’s cheap, they believe NYC can quietly fund trans healthcare nationwide—through city budgeting, telehealth, and shipping prescriptions across state lines. And DSA has already positioned itself to make it happen. “DSA has regular meetings with him… his policy director is my friend. I’ve been working with his campaign manager for over a year… I have friends who are in his staff.” “With Zohran, we’re in basically the best possible position to seize state power that we can be in.” They’re not just providing volunteers. They’re writing the legislation. “I’ve looked at Zohran’s policies and I’m like, yeah, these were floating around through chats and message boards for like 5 years before they ended up in here.” “We need to provide not just the people power, but also the policy chops to get this across… and that’s the most intimidating part—now we have to turn this into reality.” This is DSA turning message board dreams into city law—via Zohran Mamdani.

🚨 Mamdani’s “Community Safety” Pick Wants to Turn NYPD Gang List Into an Anti-NYPD Voting Bloc In an older interview, Zohran Mamdani’s new Community Safety transition pick Dana Rachlin starts from the premise that “we continue to elect what is called quote unquote progressive candidates, but very little seems to change,” and zeroes in on the NYPD gang database created under Bloomberg and Ray Kelly, where “they were nefariously adding black and brown, predominantly young men’s names into this database, and this database has grown exponentially over the years.” Rachlin’s answer to that list is to build organized political muscle out of it. “So what we did was we said, ‘OK, how do we target those people to make them part of the civic engagement process?’ So we are hiring young people who live on what we call impacted blocks… We’re hiring those young people, we’re doing intense civic education.” That explicitly includes elections: “[T]he idea is to register the block to vote.” Then the punch line. “So there’s 40,000 names on the gang database. There’s only 36,000 members of service in the NYPD… So that’s more votes… at the end of the day, the voting block is much bigger on the other side than it is on that side…” I’m never going to be mad about getting people involved politically. But selling kids on the idea that the answer is blowing up the gang database is a lie that will only make their own blocks less safe. NYPD has already overhauled its criteria and shrunk the list dramatically; it has reportedly dropped by roughly 40 percent from its peak. The reform story is the part they never tell you, and the script you just heard is the same one they’re still running today. Stick around for my breakdown of the latest City Council moves on this.

🚨 Frisco, Texas resident says the city is about to have a ‘March against White People’ This was always inevitable when you import this many foreigners into American cities The march against white people is being organized by Zul Mohamed, a Muslim community member “It is getting insanely dangerous around Frisco, Texas. The next city council is on June 2nd here — they're going to have a rally against the rednecks, which I don't know how many rednecks are left in the Frisco area, probably like 5 or 6. So basically, it's a march against the white man is what they're gonna have at 5 o'clock PM, June 2nd at the Frisco City Council outside It's getting really heated. There's a lot of people who are mad. There's a lot of people who are going to show up for their side” “Nobody wants that there. The issue is y'all are invading our home, coming over, taking our jobs, taking our houses, making it more expensive for us to live here in so many different ways. And now you are rubbing it in our faces, and that is going to piss off a lot of people who have stayed quiet so far.” I verified this and it’s 100% true The local man named Zul Mohamed, a Muslim community member is organizing a “Rally Against Rednecks” at 5 PM outside Frisco City Hall on June 2 The event is framed by people in Texas as a “march against white people” or conservatives, in response to recent city council meetings The reason this is happening is because multiple contentious council meetings got heated when speakers like Jake Lang gave strong anti-immigration speeches Now these foreigners are showing Americans they won’t stand for it and will march against White People This is because Americans have been critical of the Indian and Muslim community takeovers with the H-1B visa fraud. The cultural replacement and Americans opposing their new mosques, Hindu temples and Jain temples Send them ALL back while we still can. This is only going to get worse

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents illegally stopped a U.S. citizen, who was walking down the street, and demanded that he prove his citizenship, in Atlantic City, New Jersey. And when someone stopped to film it… an ICE agent, in an unmarked vehicle, drove directly toward them, using their vehicle to intimidate them for exercising their constitutional right to record law enforcement. In the video, ICE agents stopped a man walking down the street and demanded he show them his ID. A person driving sees this, stops their car, and begins filming from across the street. Then, another agent, sitting in an unmarked vehicle, on the other side of the street, drives directly toward the person filming, and stops inches from the side of their car. The agents eventually let the U.S. citizen go… get into the vehicle that is still parked inches from the person filming, and then wave at them like this is all some kind of joke… and drive away. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable seizures. And when armed federal agents stop someone and demand identification, that is not a casual conversation. And the First Amendment protects the right to record government agents performing their duties in public, as long as you are not actually interfering with what they are doing. (Filming from across the street is not interfering) So, when armed federal agents stop someone walking down the street and demand proof of citizenship, while another agent uses a vehicle to intimidate someone documenting it, there are some serious constitutional questions that need to be raised. You should not have to prove you belong, in your own country, to armed government agents. And you should not be intimidated for documenting them. That is what government power without accountability looks like… When the government can violate your rights, and then tell you that your only option is to comply… you no longer live in a free country.

🚨Daytona Beach… Spring Break 2026. Watch this carefully. This is what happens when thousands of people flood a beach with no order… no discipline… and no respect for the rule of law. Before the panic even started… the beach was already turning into chaos. Fights breaking out everywhere… people punching… wrestling in the sand… women getting dragged into brawls… crowds swarming and filming it like it’s entertainment. Phones out everywhere… not to stop it… but to capture it. Then someone crushes water bottles… the popping sound echoes through the crowd… people think it’s gunfire… and suddenly thousands start running. Pure pandemonium. Sheriff Mike Chitwood later confirmed no shots were fired on the beach itself… the noise came from bottles being crushed… but by that point the crowd was already out of control. Meanwhile across the city that same weekend… Four real shootings occurred. One inside a nightclub on Seabreeze Avenue. An 18-year-old shot on North Nova Road. A 59-year-old shot after an argument on Kingston Avenue. A 19-year-old woman shot during a massive fight outside Cruisin Cafe. Police made 133 arrests across Daytona Beach and nearby New Smyrna Beach trying to contain the madness. Think about that. This is supposed to be a vacation. Instead it turns into a riot on the sand. Crowds fighting. Stampedes from panic. Gun violence in the surrounding streets. And officials still wonder why people are leaving these cities. Order matters. Law matters. Culture matters. If this is the environment leadership allows to flourish… the question becomes very simple. Why would anyone want to live around this? #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove

Introducing the new Box Agent. The Box Agent works across your entire Box file system, maintaining all your security and access controls, and is hyper tuned for working with enterprise content. This means you can now ask questions from all your enterprise content, search for files that were impossible to find before, deploy an agent on specific tasks on subsets of documents, analyze complex data sets, and generate or edit documents and spreadsheets via the agent. You can have the Box Agent search across your Box account to prepare for a sales meeting, analyze customer sentiment reports, process a large set of contracts for legal risk, provide insights into product development, leverage existing knowledge to answer RFPs, and thousands of other use-cases. 90% of enterprise data is unstructured data. This means most enterprise knowledge is sitting in inside of research reports, marketing assets, presentations, roadmap files, contracts, HR documents, and more. This is the critical context that agents need to be able to answer questions about a business, automate workflows, or serve up to other agents. We’ve been grinding on this for a quite a bit, and due to recent AI model advancements we’re now ready to release it to customers. Previous model generations had a difficult time knowing when to give up or keep going on a search, when to browse for files vs. use queries, how to rank files appropriately to know which version of content to use, how to handle large amounts of context to comb through, and more. Due to recent breakthroughs from models like GPT-5.4, Opus 4.6, and Gemini 3, we’ve seen major gains in tool calling, code execution, advanced reasoning, and more. Combined with an agent harness tuned to Box context, now it’s finally possible to have an agent that can work across your file system on long running tasks and actually deliver high quality results. Best of all, because the Box Agent works with any leading AI model, you’ll quickly get the gains coming out of the major labs as major new models are released. Further, openness at Box is key, so you’ll be able to call up the Box Agent from Box’s APIs and MCP server, so you can interact with Box intelligently from any other AI system. We know work happens everywhere, and we want to ensure you can access to the content you need from those places. The new Box Agent is available starting today, rolling out now for Enterprise Plus and Enterprise Advanced customers.

LLM Wikis are being slept on. I argue that creating knowledge bases with LLMs or coding agents is one of the most valuable applications of AI today. It's about being intentional in building and scaling your intelligence stack. To showcase this, I wanted to share an LLM Wiki I have built over the last couple of months. It's called PaperWiki, and I use it across all my research workflows, along with my research agents. In fact, I also use it to curate papers I share with my communities, newsletter, and on X. The PaperWiki is updated regularly with automations, so I basically have agents on a loop maintaining it. All the entries are ingested from different sources and stored in a vault (Obsidian) and further indexed using qmd. And then further presented via an HTML artifact. So all of it is easily accessible to all my agents and easily searchable through full-text search and rich semantic search. The structure of the wiki has proven significantly useful to start interesting and exciting cutting-edge research projects with my research agents (from building tiny and more efficient gpt/difussion llms to building out SoTA harnesses and memory systems). It turns out that agents love markdown files and can more easily navigate the papers given the rich metadata structure of the wiki. I am just getting started on this, but it's clear to me that we should all be experimenting with LLM Wikis. Here's why: Building LLM knowledge bases gets you into the habit of leveraging AI outputs in all kinds of creative ways. It's the good kind of tokenmaxxing we should all be pushing for. LLM Wikis can be maintained automatically in a loop. I use an automation that updates the wiki every day based on papers I curate. The curation is another automation I run in a loop (with a bit of human in the loop), so I get to build on all my previous knowledge and expertise, and all of it compounds the deeper the integration/layers. One interesting result of this process is that I feel like I can better spot high-quality papers and remove noise more easily. Social media could never solve that. And most paper aggregators use metrics I simply don't trust. I like that agents can help with the noise vs. signal problem. This is important for research. Lots of people consider agents to produce mostly slop. But it doesn't have to be that way. Careful curations, prompts, automations, verifiers, and human-in-the-loop can produce some astonishing results. And you really don't need frontier models for this. I use a combination of frontier models (opus-4.8) and open-weight models (deepseek-v4-flash) to maintain this. An exciting future work (we are working on this DAIR.AI) is to tune specialized models on top of this to allow LLMs to quickly understand cutting-edge research ideas and can better conceptualize research strategies that further accelerate scientific research agents. I plan to open-source a bunch of this work, including the artifact, but this is currently work in progress, and I was excited to share some thoughts as I continue working on it. Sharing more as I go. Stay tuned!
