A Horrific Highway Accident Caused by Alleged Negligence of an RTO Officer A major lorry accident occurred on a highway near Devanahalli, reportedly due to the negligence of an RTO officer. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras. Dinesh Kumar D.K., an RTO officer from Nelamangala, was returning after completing Kolar squad duty when he allegedly attempted to conduct a vehicle check near Devanahalli an area outside his jurisdiction. As seen in the video, the jeep was parked in the middle of the highway, and the officers stepped out. Meanwhile, another lorry approaching at high speed from behind crashed into the stationary vehicle.
