The common denominator is that Brendan Carr said we can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way There are some smart Republicans are cautioning to come back from this line. Ted Cruz, of all people, who chairs the commerce committee who has oversight over the FCC, said what Carr said there is dangerous as hell. You can't just trample on the first amendment because something tragic and horrible happened.
