That comparison ignores the bigger context. The issue isn’t simply that someone like Drew Barrymore is more famous than an unknown actor. The real question is how often women are given the same stage and opportunities to become that famous in the first place. When industries historically invest more promotion, roles, and visibility into men, it’s natural that men climb the ladder of fame more frequently. If fewer women are pushed to that level of exposure, fewer will reach the same market value.

The NBA went for almost 20 years without making money. They struggled and almost went bankrupt. The players were not paid well. Not until late 70’s did viewership pick up and they really started making money in the 80’s. WNBA is still in its infancy and they are lucky they aren’t struggling because the NBA is supporting them.

I’ve learned not to get mad at women when it comes to logic. They don’t see things logically like men do. But the ones who are open to you showing it to them, & then willing to bend to it, logic, those women are much much easier to get along w/. If you find one, she’s a keeper!
