It is a countywide issue” “Voters just ended up walking away. Chester County Voter Services says it is going to conduct a formal review to figure out how this happened and how to prevent it from happening again. But that does not seem to be easing the frustration and mistrust that a lot of voters are feeling today. There are more than 75,000 registered independents and third-party voters in Chester County. That's about 19% of all registered voters” The ones who don’t walk away were only allowed to cast provisional ballots A provisional ballot is a backup ballot used when there’s a question about a voter’s eligibility or registration at the time they show up to vote. It’s set aside and only counted after election officials verify the voter was actually allowed to vote. (Perfect for fraud)

You can only leave your party only during elections. If you do so before elections, you lose your seat. 4. You can't be president unless you get 50 plus one per cent vote. 5. Our national assembly would be distributed according to the number of votes the party gets during the national elections.
